Shipping Options and Prices

Standard Shipping

In most cases, we ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPOs, the U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii through the U.S. Postal Service. A standard surcharge may apply to large or heavy items.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Where available, use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date. We'll inform you if an item is out of stock. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. For pre-orders or advance orders, we will let you know when you can expect the item to be available for shipment.

 

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is available for most items and addresses for an additional cost. Where available, use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date. Your actual shipping and processing fees will be indicated in your order at checkout. Please allow an additional business day for processing. (For example, if you order an item Next-Day, it will take two days to arrive.)

Continental U.S. addresses: Next-Day Rush or Two-Day Rush

Alaska and Hawaii: Two-Day Rush

U.S. Territories: Express Shipping (will arrive in approximately four business days)

Rush shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, South Sudan, Crimea Region of the Ukraine

Shipping restrictions may apply. We can ship to any country listed in the “Country” field that appears on the Shipping page of your checkout process. If you have an eligible billing address but not an eligible shipping address, you, at your sole cost and sole risk, may engage a third-party shipper at an eligible shipping address to receive and forward physical items shipped by us, provided that the third-party shipper does not forward the items to a Prohibited Country (Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, South Sudan, Crimea Region of the Ukraine). The countries included as Prohibited Countries may be modified by Mattel in its sole discretion. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties on all items and services purchased by you.

Rush shipping for international orders is unavailable at this time except in the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan.

International Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions concerning international orders with Mattel Creations.

For the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Australia prices on Mattel Creations are shown in local currency. The price is inclusive of import duties and taxes.

For all other regions, prices on Mattel Creations are shown in U.S. dollars (USD.) The USD price is exclusive of import duties. and taxes (assessed at Customs.)

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes. Custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by Mattel, and Mattel does not have control of these fees. When placing an order on one of Mattel’s Family of Brands sites, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes, and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you.

Some items sold on the Mattel Creations may require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

Please allow additional delivery time for orders with a shipping destination outside of the United States.
